Welcome to the Official Wasatch Summit Registration and thank you for your interest in the 2008 Wasatch Summit.

If you are ready to register for the Wasatch Summit, please have the following information ready:

  • Names and contact information for the individuals to be registered
  • Valid major credit card

While registering for your courses, if you need to review the agenda, please use the link at the top of the pages. Otherwise, if you exit the registration session without completing it you will need to start over from the beginning.

The Wasatch Summit registration fee is $999. Current registration fee discounts are available:

  • $100 Early Bird Discount to all primary registrations if registered on or by April 18, 2008 (total primary registration fee is $899).
  • $100 Customer Service Plan Discount for all primary registrations for DENTRIX, DENTRIX ENTERPRISE, or Easy Dental customers currently subscribed to a customer service plan (total primary registration fee is $799 if you register by April 18, 2008).
  • $500 Team Discount for each additional attendee who registers with a primary registrant from the same practice (total registration fee for each additional registrant is $499).

Your registration fee includes the following:

  • Access to all registered classes
  • Access to the panel discussion
  • Up to 9 CE credits
  • Both keynote dinner sessions
  • Access to the expo
  • All provided meals
  • Excursion discount

Each attendee is responsible for Snowbird lodging, air, ground transportation, and outdoor activity fees. You can reserve your Snowbird room during the registration process with a valid major credit card.

NOTE: Your registration is not valid until you have successfully completed the entire process and received a printable confirmation page and an email confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Requests for cancellation refunds for your registration and selected courses should be submitted via a written request to Henry Schein Groups and Meetings Department. Cancellation requests must be received by April 25, 2008 in order to receive a refund.

If you are unable to attend, you are encouraged to substitute another individual in your place to attend the Wasatch Summit. However, failing to attend the seminar without prior written communication to the Henry Schein Groups and Meetings Department will result in a 100% non-refundable cancellation fee for each no-show participant. If you do not attend the seminar without written communication, NO certificate or credit will be issued towards future meetings or seminars. In addition, NO CE certificate or credit will be issued for courses not attended.

No refunds will be given for cancellation requests received after April 25, 2008. Also, registrations received after April 25, 2008 are not eligible for refunds. All refund checks for approved cancellations will be issued after July 1, 2008. There is a $75 cancellation-processing fee applied to all approved refunds.
